If we have not already received an 'Invoice Consent Form' from your company, then this will be sent to the company email address given on this form. This is so we can add your company details to our database. This also advises you of our Invoicing Terms and Conditions. We will not be able to raise an Invoice or confirm your booking/s until we have received a completed Invoice Consent Form. This form must be completed by a person within the company who is responsible for authorising payments.
