TO APPLY FOR A TRAINING COURSE

• • Apply for a course by telephone – call 020 8649 9340 (ask for Matt, Sally or Andy)

• • Apply for a course in person – please visit Reception at our registered address (CR0 4UP).

PAYMENT

Payment can be made by any one of the following methods:

• • Bank Transfer – Direct into our account

• • Credit/Debit Card

• • Cash – in person  

CONFIRMATION OF BOOKING

A confirmation of booking will follow once payment has been made. This will be sent by email unless indicated otherwise.

All courses are held regularly throughout the year. If you require additional dates, or you would like us to coordinate your courses so that they run consecutively, please do not hesitate to contact the office on 020 8649 9340, send us a message via the ‘Contact us’ page, or send an email to info@thebtc.co.uk.

Bespoke courses and multi-course packages, including accommodation when required, can be arranged.

Payment Terms and Conditions

To reserve a place on a course, payment must be made either in full or a deposit received.  A deposit of £150.00 is required for all courses except the electrical qualification courses where the deposit is £200.00, or in full if the total cost of the course is less than £200.00. All deposits are non-refundable unless The BTC cancels the course. All administration fees and exam registration fees are non-refundable. Full payment must be submitted before the start of the course. Any booking made without a confirmed start date must be attended within 12 months from our confirmed acceptance of your booking.

You can delay a course to a later intake provided we receive an administration fee of £30.00 including VAT, and any outstanding balance of fees, more than 14 days prior to your original course start date. Exceptions: Once you have been registered for the C&G 2391 or EAL 2625 practical assessment/s, should you decide not to attend or cancel your booking, you will not be entitled to a refund of the payment as per other courses.
